Collection is available by appointment only, from Monday to Friday.
We do not offer weekend collections as we are normally out at set ups. You will be able to collect on Friday and store at home until the weekend.
There is no minimum order requirement for collection orders, however, there is a £200 minimum order requirement for set ups.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your date.
In the event of a cancellation, the reservation fee will NOT be refunded but can be transferred/postponed to a later date – subject to availability.
The full payment is due 2 weeks before your event. If payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the event The Jazzy Balloon Company has the right to cancel your booking.
